What we take on
Small work. Close tolerance. Finished.
Fit-out and fixtures
Shelving, wardrobe internals, flat pack cabinetry, blinds, rails and mounts.
Doors and hardware
Doors that stick, drop or will not latch. Handles, locks, closers and seals.
Finish rectification
Filling, sanding, patching and painting. The touch up the builder called finished.
New build snag lists
A walk through a new Covella home. Every small defect written down, and the ones that are ours, fixed.
Exterior restoration
Driveways, paths, render, Colorbond, eaves, fencing and solar panels. Acreage driveways included.
Where we stop
The line is drawn by the QBCC, not by us.
Structural work, plumbing, roof plumbing, drainage, gas, electrical, new builds and renovation above the Queensland licensed building threshold need a licensed trade. We do not hold those licences and do not take that work.
You will be told on the first text, not after a deposit, and pointed to someone who holds the licence.
If your home is still inside its builder warranty, defects are usually the builder's to fix. We will say so rather than quietly repair it and cost you the claim.

How the week fills
One operator. One job at a time.
No call centre, no queue, nobody between you and the person holding the tools. Texts are answered between jobs, or in the morning if it is late. The week fills in the order people text, and when it is full you will be told straight away rather than strung along.
