Pressure Systems collects only the information needed to review an enquiry, assess fit, and continue a legitimate business conversation. We do not position this site as an anonymous high-volume lead machine.

What we collect

Name, business name, email address, website address, and the details you choose to submit.
Route and intent details attached to DispatchTalon forms so the enquiry lands in the correct workflow.
Basic technical data generated by the hosting platform, such as request logs and browser metadata.

How we use it

To review whether Pressure Systems or DispatchTalon is the correct next step.
To reply to a legitimate commercial enquiry.
To maintain site security, delivery, and basic operational records.

Third-party handling

Pressure Systems may use email infrastructure, website hosting, and form-processing services to receive and manage submissions. At the time of writing, DispatchTalon enquiry forms are routed through Formspree and site delivery is prepared for Vercel hosting.

What we do not do

We do not sell enquiry data.
We do not mass-harvest or repurpose contact details for unrelated outreach.
We do not make inflated claims about automated profiling or surveillance.

Retention and access

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it remains relevant to a legitimate business conversation, operational record, or legal obligation. If you want to request access, correction, or deletion, email sales@pressuresystems.au.
