What we collect

Why we collect it

To run the portal, save your work across devices, control licensed access, support you, and improve the product. No other purposes, no advertising profiles, no selling or renting data.

Diagnostic leads

The public readiness diagnostic runs without an account, and the high-level score is shown without saving anything. If you choose to save your detailed result, you give explicit consent for Pressure Systems to contact you about your diagnostic result and relevant product pathways. We then store the details you enter (name, email, business, role, industry, product or service, optional phone), your scores and recommended pathway, the consent statement with its time, a shortened browser identifier, and a hashed network address used for abuse protection. Diagnostic leads are kept while they remain relevant to follow-up and pathway review, are exported only for manual follow-up by Pressure Systems, can be deleted, and you can request deletion at any time. Do not enter sensitive personal information into the diagnostic.

Where it lives

On the Pressure Systems server, plus a working cache in your own browser. Payments are not live yet. If card checkout is approved later, card details are handled by the payment provider under its own privacy policy.

Who can see it

You, and Pressure Systems administrators for support and licence management. Lead records you enter about third parties are visible only to your account; enter only what you are entitled to hold.

Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies. Admin access is role-restricted and logged through admin notes. Report concerns through the feedback form and they reach the operator directly.
