Terms of Use
Plain-language terms for the Pressure Systems Sales Academy.
1. The service
Sales Academy is a sales architecture and training portal operated by Pressure Systems (Queensland, Australia). A licence gives the named account holder access to the portal's current beta features for the term confirmed in writing.
2. Accounts
One account per person. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Licences are not transferable without written agreement.
3. Acceptable use
Do not share access, scrape, resell, or copy the training content beyond your own business use. Exported playbooks and models are yours to use commercially; the underlying lesson content remains Pressure Systems' intellectual property.
4. Your content
Models, leads, scripts, and reflections you create belong to you. You grant Pressure Systems the limited rights needed to store and process them to run the service. We do not sell your data.
5. Beta status
The portal is in beta. Features may change, and some roadmap features named on the site do not exist yet. The Beta Disclaimer forms part of these terms.
6. No advice, no guarantees
The portal provides structure and training, not financial, legal, or business advice. No revenue or results are promised. Outcomes depend on your market and your execution.
7. Payments and refunds
Payments are not live yet. Prices are in Australian dollars when a paid pathway is formally offered. The Refund Policy applies to any formal paid pathway, alongside your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts for misuse, non-payment under a formal paid pathway, or behaviour that harms other users or the service. Where reasonable, we will warn first. You may stop using the service at any time and request export and deletion of your data.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for your licence where a paid pathway exists. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
10. Changes
If these terms change materially, account holders will be notified at their account email before the change takes effect.
