Refund Policy

The position

Payments are not live yet. Payment and refund terms apply only when a paid pathway is formally offered and accepted in writing, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

What that means in practice

• Sales Academy Core: terms are confirmed before access is granted.
• Founder Sales Architecture Review: terms are confirmed before review work begins.
• Pressure Systems Audit and DispatchTalon pathways: terms are agreed case by case in the fit-review conversation before any payment is requested.

If something is wrong

Tell us first. Most problems are access or licensing issues that get fixed directly. Where a refund is due after a formal paid pathway, the payment method and licence status are handled in writing.

Consumer guarantees

If the service has a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law you may be entitled to a refund or replacement regardless of this policy. Nothing here excludes those rights.
